Context

H2Emotion is the media arm of Montréal en histoires, the organization behind Cité-Mémoire, the world’s largest outdoor multimedia projection circuit in Old Montréal. H2Emotion wanted to create a manifesto-style promotional video to showcase its unique expertise in the creation and production of innovative technological experiences to energize public spaces.

Strategy

Produced in English, in 90- and 30-second versions, the video is aimed primarily at the sports stadium market, which wants to develop unique experiences for its fans. The 2 Square Films team combined images from previous projects with a selection of archive images, a few key words in motion design animation and an engaging voice to create a video that makes you want to dream. The turnkey production included conception and direction, production management and coordination, image sourcing and all post-production stages: editing, colorization, sound mixing, music research and rights clearance.

Results

By highlighting the spectacular aspect of the projects already completed by Montréal en Histoires, the video becomes a powerful sales tool. It is used on the company’s website and in the marketing offensive.
