The creative team at 2 Square Films helps clients identify the right message, delivered on the right platform, to generate optimal engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Square Films provides exceptional expertise and personalized support to a diverse clientele, including municipalities and government departments, organizations in the health and education sectors, construction and manufacturing industries, technology, fashion, events, and promising SMEs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aware of the economic, social, and environmental challenges facing the world, the organization has decided to clearly integrate the concept of sustainable development into its vision and activities. Accordingly, 2 Square Films formalizes its commitment through this Sustainable Development Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the Sustainable Development Policy is to enable the organization to better address the challenges it faces by promoting sustainable development in which social equity is the goal, economic development is the means, and environmental protection is the condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure the success of this Policy, it is essential, first, to consider the dimensions of sustainable development across all 2 Square Films projects. Second, these dimensions must be integrated into the organization\u2019s corporate social responsibility process and applied to daily operations and employee practices. This Policy therefore relies on the essential collaboration of all 2 Square Films stakeholders, including internal bodies (Producers and employees), as well as partners and clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CONTEXT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Through its core values, 2 Square Films has supported sustainable development objectives for several years. The organization now seeks to formalize the best practices it has developed within this Sustainable Development Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While this policy will help meet the increasingly explicit requirements of funding bodies, the initiative goes further: the objective is to exceed established standards by becoming a responsible and committed actor in sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT POLICY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The guiding principles are inspired by Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s Sustainable Development Act (1), which defines 16 principles. These principles serve as benchmarks to guide 2 Square Films in ensuring that its actions reflect an integrated approach to the three inseparable dimensions of sustainable development: environmental, social, and economic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principle 1 \u2013 Health and Quality of Life<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>People, the protection of their health, and the improvement of their quality of life are central to sustainable development. Individuals are entitled to a healthy and productive life in harmony with nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At 2 Square Films, this principle translates into the following actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Optimize workplace design to enhance quality of life at work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raise staff awareness of the benefits of a balanced lifestyle (appropriate balance between leisure, sports, studies, family, and work);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster employee retention;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognize employee achievements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that catering provided during shoots includes varied and healthy food options;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritize, whenever possible, fair trade products that guarantee minimum income covering actual costs and fair wages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer employees one annual \u201cwellness day.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principle 2 \u2013 Social Equity and Solidarity<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Development actions must be undertaken with concern for intra- and intergenerational equity, ethics, and social solidarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At 2 Square Films, this principle translates into:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
